🚧 Terex ProAll Volumetric Mixer Repair & Rebuild – Project Complete 🚧
We recently completed a challenging and rewarding rebuild of a Terex ProAll volumetric concrete mixer that had been on its side.
To carry out a full chassis repair, we first demounted the mixer, then dismantled the aluminium sand, stone, and cement hoppers. Using the ProAll rivet system, we fabricated and rebuilt the entire body, restoring it to full working condition.
🔧 As specialists in volumetric mixers, it’s always fascinating to work on other brands and see their design choices up close. Every mixer has its strengths and weaknesses, and this project gave us valuable insights into the ProAll approach.
