Supporting Volumetric Mixers Throughout Their Working Life
KC3 supports volumetric mixers operating across construction, infrastructure and specialist applications.
This experience provides KC3 with a strong understanding of volumetric mixer operation, maintenance and refurbishment, as well as the requirements of demanding working environments.
The established installed base also provides ongoing opportunities for servicing, refurbishment, upgrading and replacement with the latest generation of KC3 equipment.
Over the years, mixers have been supplied in a range of configurations, including truck-mounted, static, skid, demountable, trailer-mounted and rail-mounted systems, demonstrating the flexibility of volumetric mixing technology across different applications.
KC3 equipment and support have also extended into international markets, with machines supplied into six export markets.
Static mounted, fully electric KC3 2.0 8m³ version replaces a 6m3 2016 Nurock (below) for Long Eaton Fencing, Nottingham.

Mixer Rebuilds & Refurbishment
KC3 undertakes complete mixer rebuild and refurbishment projects, including the overhaul of:
- Hydraulic systems
- Conveyors and drive systems
- Wear components
- Control and electrical systems
These projects can significantly extend the working life of existing equipment, providing customers with a cost-effective alternative to replacement and returning machines to productive service for many additional years.
