KC3 Concrete Mixers
KC3 supplies and supports volumetric concrete mixers designed for demanding working environments where reliability, durability and whole-life cost are critical.
The KC3 volumetric concrete mixer has been developed from experience gained across six international markets, combining proven technology with KC3 engineering and technical expertise to meet the demands of the UK market.
The KC3 mixer combines proven volumetric mixing technology with modern control, hydraulic and diagnostic systems to provide a reliable, productive and maintainable machine throughout its working life.
Engineering & Support
KC3 provides engineering support throughout the life of the equipment.
Customers have access to 24/7 support, helping to minimise downtime and keep critical equipment working.
Our approach is practical: we understand the machine, understand the customer’s application and provide the engineering, parts and support required to keep the asset productive.
Built for Long Life
KC3 is built around a simple principle:
The lowest-cost machine is not necessarily the cheapest machine to buy. It is the machine that delivers the best value throughout its working life.
By combining long-life equipment, engineering support, parts availability, upgrades and refurbishment, KC3 helps customers maximise the value of their assets and reduce their whole-life costs.
KC3 — Equipment. Engineering. Support. Lower Total Cost of Ownership.
KC3 Concrete Mixer Heritage
The KC3 volumetric concrete mixer builds on more than 20 years of experience developing and manufacturing volumetric concrete mixers.
The foundations of this experience were established from a family business delivering concrete in 1987, leading to the development and operation of volumetric concrete mixers from 2001, followed by full-time manufacturing from 2008 at a dedicated facility in Kirkby, Liverpool.
The equipment has been developed through hands-on experience of producing and delivering concrete, providing a practical understanding of the demands placed on mixers in real-world applications.
Our volumetric mixers have operated in a wide range of demanding and specialist environments, including:
- British Army runway repair operations worldwide
- Aluminium waste recycling in France
- Warehouse construction in Siberia
- Wind turbine foundations in the Outer Hebrides
- Oil industry applications in the Sahara Desert
- Soil decontamination projects
- Foamed recycled materials
- Coloured and precast concrete
- Specialist rail concrete applications
This experience has shaped the KC3 approach to equipment design and support: build reliable machines, understand how they are used and provide the engineering and support needed to keep them working throughout their service life.
