Over the past three years, the KC3 parts and service business has doubled sales year on year, driven by the growing installed base of mixers and the refurbishment or upgrading of existing equipment.

Our volumetric mixers continue to operate across construction, infrastructure and specialist applications. Many machines delivered more than a decade ago remain in daily service, demonstrating the durability of the design and the importance of ongoing parts and service support.

KC3 currently supports more than 30 volumetric mixers in the UK, including over 20 long-serving Nurock machines, many of which are now being replaced with the latest KC3 mixers.

A number of these mixers form part of the British Army fleet, where reliability and robust engineering are essential in demanding operating environments.

Over the years, mixers have been supplied in a variety of configurations including truck-mounted, static, skid, demountable, trailer-mounted and rail-mounted systems, with capacities ranging from 1.5m³, 4m³, 6m³, 8m³  and up to 10m³.

Mixers have also been supplied to six export markets — South Korea, Canada, Libya, Algeria, France and Russia — demonstrating the versatility of volumetric mixers across a wide range of climates and operating conditions.

Static mounted, fully electric KC3 2.0 8m³ version replaces a 6m3 2016 Nurock (below) for Long Eaton Fencing, Nottingham.

Parts & Service Support

KC3 supports mixers throughout their working life with parts supply, technical support, calibration, operator training and system upgrades.

KC3 also provides service and refurbishment support for mixers from other manufacturers.

Mixer Rebuilds & Refurbishment

KC3 undertakes complete mixer rebuilds and refurbishment projects, including overhaul of:

• Hydraulic systems

• Conveyors and drive systems

• Wear components

• Control and electrical systems

These rebuilds extend the working life of equipment and can return mixers to productive service for many additional years, providing a cost-effective alternative to replacement.
